Tower
50 minute group class
Session Description
A 50 minute Pilates equipment class utilizing the Pilates Tower. For those who regularly attend Reformer classes, this is a great way to challenge your Pilates skills using the springs in different ways. For beginner students, the Tower can be a great way to learn many of the Mat principles and start to get comfortable with the Pilates springs! This class includes use of the Roll Down Bar, Push Through Bar, Leg Springs, Arm Springs, Mat exercises, and small props.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation of a class can be made up to 12 hours before the class start time. A class or session canceled outside of the 12 hour window will be credited back to a pricing plan. A single session or class cancelation will result in a loss of that session as you are canceling your booking. Rescheduling of a class can be made up to 12 hours before the class start time for those purchasing a single session through your account on the website portal. Any cancelation or rescheduling outside of these time frames will result in the loss of that class, no refund will be available.
