Session Description

Learn how to add the Jumpbaord or Springboard (Cardio Tramp) to the Pilates Reformer, the most common exercises and positions you might experience during a jump class, how to modify positions to improve your core connection, determine which board is best to decrease likelihood of knee or joint pain during jumping, how and when to use props, and how different springs result in different challenges and connections.


Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of a class can be made up to 12 hours before the class start time. A class or session canceled outside of the 12 hour window will be credited back to a pricing plan. A single session or class cancelation will result in a loss of that session as you are canceling your booking. Rescheduling of a class can be made up to 6 hours before the class start time for those purchasing a single session through your account on the website portal. Rescheduling is unavailable at this time on the app and for sessions scheduled through a pricing plan. Any cancelation or rescheduling outside of these time frames will result in the loss of that class, no refund will be available.
