  • How do I book the $20 first class?
WEBSITE: Please select the '$20 first class' option at the top of the "Book a class" page, or choose the '$20 first class' under the "New Client Specials" page. APP: When you are prompted to 'Choose Payment Option,' select 'Buy a Pricing Plan.' Then choose the '$20 first class' option if you have not yet utilized it. This first class option can be purchased and then scheduled or rescheduled within one month of the purchase date. This discounted class rate is separate from the regular drop in class rate, memberships, and class cards. One purchase is available per customer. Please be mindful of rescheduling + cancelation policies. A canceled class will not be automatically refunded or added back to your account. A RESCHEDULED class will remain on your account.
  • I found Emily Freeman on the NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) website, how do I book a session with her?
Please book a private session with Emily Freeman. Please keep in mind all NKT practitioners have different approaches.
  • Will I be charged if I join a waitlist for a class?
You should only be charged if a spot opens in class and you accept that spot. You will either be prompted to purchase a session or it will pull a session from your membership or class card. If a spot does not open up and you remain on the waitlist, you should not receive a charge. If you do and feel there is an error, please contact the studio.
  • How do I reschedule a class or session?
To reschedule a class or session, please utilize the website portal. Choose the class or session you need to reschedule. There should be a "reschedule" option available to select. Rescheduling is unfortunately not available through the app at this time. Rescheduling a single drop-in class can be made up to 12 hours before the class start time. Rescheduling a session can be made up to 24 hours before the session start time. For full rescheduling information, please see full cancelation and rescheduling policy on the "studio policies" page.
  • How do I cancel a class or session?
Through the website portal, you can select the class or session you need to cancel. There should be a "cancel" option available. A cancelation will not automatically issue a refund. If you are canceling before the 24 hour cancelation window and a refund needs to be issued, you must email the studio directly to request a refund. If you are able to reschedule the class or session, please choose that option as it will keep the purchased class or session on your account. Canceling a class or session will remove that item from your account, and you will be prompted to purchase a new class or session. See studio cancelation policy for full details.
