Join Emily Freeman in this yearly challenge to go back to Joe's original 34 Mat Pilates exercises. As always Emily will provide the intention and concept, ways to modify and build up to the idea, and the full exercise. Challenge yourself to try out Emily's intention for each exercise (no mat required) or get on the floor for the full exercise or modifications. This is challenge can be completed anywhere, with a new exercise and concept introduced each day. Take 5 minutes a day to try out a variation of each exercise and then put them all together as the month goes on! No previous Pilates experience required.
